- True enough, but it's only one side of the story, and it's a little fishy
- without a lot of the 'evidence' and balance from the other side. I
- seriously doubt Software Hut is screwing 1% of it's clients, let alone
- 10%; it's just not worth the bad P.R. but I have seen messages in this
- net in which SH bent over backwards to satisfy a client.
-
- These kind of messages always go: he said this, and he said that and they
- did this and that. Heresay, stuff with scant details without a lot of
- opportunity for any other picture then that painted by the accuser. Of
- course one might argue that SH could defend themseleves.. But it's not
- the way business is done yet.
-
- I fully support the freedom to voice one's opinion, but I'd like people
- to lay out their evidence in a full manner after giving all opportunities
- for the merchant to satisfy their claim. Then warn them of a post to the
- nets, before entering into a heavy slime campaign.
